Short Bio

I’m a PhD student in Economics in the Vilfredo Pareto Doctorate Program at University of Turin and Collegio Carlo Alberto. Starting from the 1st February 2019, I’m also a post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Economics and Statistics “Cognetti de Martiis”, University of Turin.  During the PhD program I’ve been a visiting scholar at the Spatial Dynamics Lab, University College Dublin, and at INGENIO [CSIC-UPV], Valencia. I received my Master Degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets form the University of Pisa and a Master of Arts in Economics and Complexity from the Collegio Carlo Alberto. My research interests include Network Analysis, Economics of Knowledge and Innovation; Environmental Innovation and Green Technologies and Economic Geography. My core research area is the empirical analysis of the generation of new technological knowledge and innovations, and their impact on economic performances, at the technology, firm and regional level.
